The following equipment was checked by DM Inspector Vernon Johnson, Jr on 12-26-18 and found to be in safe operating condition: (1) Caterpillar excavator with flip screen bucket, (1) Caterpillar 980 G loader, (1) Caterpillar 938 H Loader, (1) John Deere65 dozer, (1) Volvo EC250 excavator with long boom, (2) Volvo A40G off-road trucks and (1) Volvo A30G off- road truck.

On 1-14-19, the site was reviewed by DMLR engineer Pat Leady and water quality specialist Andrew Hensley. The primary purpose of the visit was to review the area between Golden Pond and Pond 2 to determine the best plan for conveying water to Pond 2.

The company continues to screen refuse in anticipation of the start of the project; however, fines removal has not yet commenced. Application 1010465 has received technical approval and is awaiting approval of the cost bond. Approval of application 1010465 will allow the company to begin pumping water from Golden Pond in to the permitted ponds.
